Description
Spiral Solutions and Technologies is looking to add an exceptionally talented field worker to our team. The selected field worker will be responsible for supporting the field superintendent and foreman in completing projects on time and in a proper fashion.
Duties
Duties of the content manager include but are not limited to:
- Arrive at the jobsite early enough to commence work
- Loading and unloading equipment
- Erecting temporary structures and disassemble scaffolding
- Clearing working areas, removing debris
- Mixing construction material to the right consistency
- Working closely with the skilled workers
- Working at heights and/or confined spaces
- Handling some awkward and repetitive manual tasks

Education, Skills & Experience
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years Construction
Skills:
- Must be able to work for extended hours of work days
- Must be careful during work to avoid injury
- Must be able to work with powered construction tools
- Must have the necessary physical stamina
Preferred Experience:
- Construction
- Demolition
- Asbestos and Lead Abatement
- Hazardous Waste Site/Projects
- Federal Installations Experience
Other Essential Requirements
- Must be able to secure a security clearance.
- Must pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
- Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
- With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved paid time off (PTO), attendance is considered essential.
- Must be able to work within the shift hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm.
